One of countless "teachers" used to teach questionable lessons to children
Is a fantastic singer
Feats:
-One of the most dangerous teachers in all of Don't Hug Me I'm Scared
-Took the puppets on a "journey through time" in less than five minutes
-Scarred the yellow puppet for life, being the only one he remembered clearly
-Nearly killed the puppets before he put them into a time loop
Time Powers:
Time Travel:
-Can transport himself and others, as well as various objects, through different time periods
--Can even transport himself and others to very specific times
-Travels through a space-like dimension to get to his destination
-Appears to be able to transport himself and others to wherever he wants during that period as well
Time Manipulation:
-Able to speed up time rapidly
-Can make a person's body decompose in seconds
--It takes around 12 years for a body to decompose
-Is capable of rewinding and looping time, though those involved can remember the events of the time loop
Hypnosis:
-Movement of his clock temporarily locked the yellow puppet into a trance-like state
--Granted, the yellow puppet is really easily manipulated and distracted
Technology Invasion:
-Can invade different types of technology, such as computers and television sets
-Seems to be able to control their functions to a degree
-Can transport others to... whatever this is
Screeching:
-If irritated, can begin to screech like an alarm clock
-Loud enough to make others' ears bleed
--It takes around 194 decibels to rupture someone's eardrums, almost loud enough to literally kill someone from sound alone (202 decibels)
The Computer:
-Controls Tony's existence (as well as the existence of almost everyone else)
-Can bring the dead back to life
-Can swap out the different teachers (useless in most DB scenarios)
-Unplugging it seems to create an entirely new canon
Weaknesses:
-No real combat experience
-Not likely to have stats anywhere
-Doesn't know the correct way to spell "wrist"
-Doesn't know the correct way to pronounce "pizza"

Well this might be my shortest bio yet. To be fair, Tony doesn't even have four minutes of canon screen time... but, this is what I was able to get out of this. Enjoy!

I was planning on putting Tony in my story, but not for combat or battle. I will make a new shipping instead, he will be paired with Sailor Pluto/Setsuna Meio (of course Tony go to human form first) because they're time keepers!
